Terms of Service

Solar Reports generates business-ready report drafts from information supplied by the user. Generated reports are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose without human review.

All generated reports must be reviewed and adapted before being shared externally. Solar Reports is not a SCADA platform, monitoring system, engineering analysis tool, or regulatory/compliance reporting product.

PDF export requires an active subscription. Billing is processed by Stripe. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions from the billing portal available in the app after sign-in.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to submit plant data, operating data, incidents, comments, and other business information to the service and its subprocessors.

Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, automated bulk usage, attempts to bypass payment, or use outside the intended monthly reporting workflow.
